Years of Experience: Five or more years in front office, including leadership, in quality hospitality. Technical Skills & Systems PMS, front-office operations, rooms revenue (USALI), guest-service standards, Ethiopian registration/immigration

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Educational Requirements: Degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field. Certifications: Certificate of Competency (COC) Ethiopian Certificate of Competency (COC) in Front Office / Hotel Management, NTQF Level V, Front-office, revenue and service certifications preferred.
