Years of Experience: Five or more years in Food & Beverage, including outlet leadership. Technical Skills & Systems • Outlet P&L and USALI cost control, service and beverage standards, upselling; POS and Microsoft Office.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Educational Requirements: Degree/diploma in Hotel or Food & Beverage Management or equivalent experience. Or COC in Food & Beverage Management. Certifications: NTQF Level V, Professional Certification & Licences • Food-safety/HACCP, beverage and responsible-service certifications preferred
