Years of Experience: Four or more years in building maintenance, with some supervisory exposure. Technical Skills & Systems • MEP operation, fault diagnosis, preventive maintenance, controls, safety.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Educational Requirements: Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering OR COC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical). Certifications: NTQF Level IV, Professional Certification & Licences • Electrical/safety and first-aid certifications an advantage
