Years of Experience: Five or more years in recreation, leisure or resort operations, including leadership. Technical Skills & Systems • Activity programming, risk management, ancillary revenue (USALI), responsible tourism.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Educational Requirements: Degree/diploma in Tourism, Recreation, Hospitality OR COC in Tourism / Recreation & Leisure Management. Certifications: NTQF Level V Professional Certification & Licenses • First-aid, water-safety and activity-safety certifications required/preferred
