Key Responsibilities
Task Breakdown: Develop and execute comprehensive annual sales and marketing strategies, Forecast sales volumes, set targets, and establish competitive pricing strategies, Monitor distributor networks, retail presence, and supply chain logistics, Lead market research initiatives, Plan and execute promotional campaigns, trade shows, corporate launches, and digital marketing strategies.
Experience
Years of Experience: 8 years for BA and 6 years for Masters Relevant Experience: BA 3 years in leadership position and for Masters with 2 years in leadership position. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, import/export is advantageous
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: BA/MA/MBA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
