Task Breakdown: Lead manpower planning, recruitment, and on boarding for production floor operators, line supervisors, technicians, and administrative staff, Prepare employment contracts, oversee probation evaluations, maintain personnel files, and process employee status changes (transfers, promotions, separations) in compliance with local laws, Oversee shift attendance tracking, overtime monitoring, leave management, and supply verified data to Finance for monthly payroll processing, Manage workplace conflicts, issue formal warnings, and execute disciplinary procedures following legal frameworks and company internal regulations, Oversee company vehicle assignment, factory worker transport buses, driver schedules, fuel monitoring, and vehicle maintenance, Manage internal and outsourced physical security teams to safeguard factory assets, raw material stock, and personnel, coordinate with the HSE team to enforce mandatory Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use, conduct hazard assessments, and maintain emergency protocols.

Years of Experience: For BA Degree at least 10 years experience and for MA Degree 10 years experience Relevant Experience: For BA Degree 4 years in managerial position and for MA Degree 3 years in managerial position. Experience in manufacturing industry is preferable

Educational Requirements: BA/MA Degree in Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related fields.
