Key Responsibilities
Task Breakdown: Perform troubleshooting to inspect equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, Promptly manage mechanical failure reports from clients, dispatching mobile mechanics or backup replacement units, and minimizing equipment downtime, Ensuring the client uses the machine for its intended purpose, Ensure the operator completes pre-start checks, Manage downtime & maintenance, Keep precise daily records of operating hours, standby/idle time, and fuel consumption to support accurate billing and prevent disputes over rental charges, controlling the timesheet recordings.
Experience
Years of Experience: At least 3 years experience in similar position
Education & Certifications
Educational Requirements: Level II in mechanical/automotive technology from TVET Certifications: Renewed Competency Certificate verifying machinery handling proficiency. License: Special Driver’s License
