Office, with the receipt of the deposit.
• Bidders must submit the bid specifications, including their specifications and prices, in two sealed envelopes (technical and financial), original & copy with their company seal and signature, and place them in the designated bid box.
• Bid submission date: Bids can be submitted from September 30, 2026 to October 22, 2026, at the company’s office located on the 3rd floor of the Addis International Convention Center, S.C. until 2:00 PM; the bid opening date will be October 22, 2026 at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives.
