CONSORTIUM OF CHRISTIAN RELIEF AND DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATIONS The Consortium of Christian Relief and Development Associations (CCRDA) is an umbrella organization representing more than 500 Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) in Ethiopia. CCRDA works to strengthen the capacity, networking, partnerships, and collective voice and advocacy of its members for sustainable development and social justice. As part of its commitment to peacebuilding and social cohesion, and with support from Bread for the World (BfW), CCRDA seeks to engage qualified radio stations and media organizations to produce and broadcast a peacebuilding- focused radio drama and awareness-raising program for a period of 4–6 months. The initiative aims to promote positive attitudes, peaceful coexistence, dialogue, tolerance, and social cohesion among the wider public. Thus, Interested and eligible media organizations are invited to submit their bids. • Purpose of the Assignment The overall purpose of this assignment is to produce and broadcast a high-quality, engaging, and socially responsible Amharic radio drama series that contributes to peacebuilding and social reconciliation by reaching a large and diverse audience. • Specific Objectives  Produce an engaging and culturally appropriate Amharic radio drama promoting peacebuilding, reconciliation, peaceful coexistence, and social cohesion.  Promote dialogue, tolerance, mutual understanding, respect, conflict prevention, and non-violent conflict resolution through relatable stories reflecting Ethiopian community realities.  Reach the widest possible audience through radio stations/networks with broad and verifiable coverage, using entertainment to encourage positive attitudes and social behavioral change. 3.Scop of the work Development of the Radio Drama Concept, Script Development, Production and Broadcasting 4.Qualifcations and Experience The bidder must be a legally registered and operational radio broadcasting organization/media production organization with demonstrated capacity to produce and broadcast radio programs. Media organizations that do not directly operate broadcasting radio stations must provide a valid contractual agreement or letter of commitment with the proposed radio station confirming access to the required airtime. 5.Collection of the ToR Interested bidder shall collect the Tor up on the announcement of the bid in person from CCRDA office # 304 in working hour, located Infront of Drivers Training center Akaki Kality sub city, Debreziet Road, Addis Ababa Ethiopia, Tel. 09111126805 • Submission of Bids Interested and qualified organizations are invited to submit their technical and financial proposals to CCRDA within 10 consecutive working days starting from the announcement. Note: –  Late submissions will not be considered.  CCRDA can Cancel or modify the bid process in accordance with applicable procurement procedures.
