Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents; Renewed trade license Valid Tax clearance certificate TIN Certificate Suppliers Registration Certificate from VAT Registration Certificate Bidders shall submit bid security as detailed herein below: No Types of procurement Quantity Bid security required Remarks Lot-1 Rack-Mountable 2KVA UPS 10 50,000.00 CPO or unconditional Bank guarantee from recognized bank. Lot-2 Expansion of IBM TS-4300 Tape-Library 01 150,000.00 Interested bidders shall Purchase complete set of bidding documents beginning from October 22, 2026 upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred Only) to Customer Accounts Transaction Service office, Tower II, Ground floor and collect the Soft Copy of bidding document from Capital Goods Procurement Division.
Submission
Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 04, 2026 at 10:00 M (in the morning) at the Development Bank of Ethiopia Head Office. The Bid’s shall be opened on the above mentioned address, on November 04, 2026 at 10:05 A.M (in the morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives. Bidders should present their Financial and Technical documents separately in the sealed envelope. The language of Tender shall be English.
