Invitation for National Competitive Bid Bid No. GBB/OB/002/2026/27 Goh Betoch Bank is intended to invite eligible bidders for External Audit Service for Fy 2026/27 to 2028/29 . Bidders shall submit local business organization registration certificate or trade license and licenced by AABE. Complete set of TOR documents may be collected by the bidder though officially delegated person during working hours from Goh Betoch Bank upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Birr 00(Birr Three Hundred) from the Bank’s address stated on No 10. All bidders must be accompanied by an original bid security of Birr 20,000(Birr Twenty Thousand) in separate envelope in the form of CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee. The bid comprising of technical and financial document must be submitted in separate envelops one original and one copy each to the address given above on or before 06 October, 2026. All copies of the bids shall be submitted in separate envelops i.e. the technical proposal, financial proposal, and bid security, duly marking the inner envelopes as ‘’ORIGINAL’’ and’ ’COPY’’ both for the ‘’the technical proposal’’ the financial proposal’’ and the bid security shall be part of the technical proposal but in a separate sealed envelope. Bids shall be closed and opened on 06 October 2026 at 4:00 Local time and 4:30 Local time Bids shall be valid for period of 60 calendar days after bid opening. Failure to comply with any of the conditions in items above shall be subject to automatic rejection.
