INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) HOSEA Trading House P L C, a leading real estate development company, has a proven track record of successfully developing and delivering several major real estate developments across Addis Ababa within stipulated timelines. Building on this experience, we are now undertaking new high-rise development projects and invite qualified firms to express their interest in participating in these ventures. We hereby invite eligible, reputable, and experienced construction firms to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-qualification to participate in the forthcoming tender process for the construction of a High-Rise Building Development Project located in Addis Ababa around Adey Abeba Stadium which is 3B+G+42 The proposed development comprises the construction of a modern high-rise commercial/residential building, including all associated civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, external works, testing, and commissioning activities. Eligibility Criteria Interested firms shall demonstrate the following: Proven experience in the successful execution of high-rise building construction projects of similar scale and complexity (G+25 and above). Valid business registration, trade license, and relevant construction permits. Adequate financial capacity and organizational resources. Availability of qualified professional and technical personnel. Established Quality Management, Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems. Satisfactory record of performance on completed and ongoing projects. Submission Requirements Interested firms are requested to submit the following documents: Company Profile and Organizational Structure. Certificate of Incorporation and Business License. Evidence of experience in similar projects completed within the last ten (10) years.
