Executive Summary & Purpose JSI invites qualified and licensed rental companies to submit competitive proposals to enter into a non-exclusive annual Corporate Framework Agreement. Selected service providers will provide reliable, safe, high-quality, and cost-effective, and has to be well experienced rental vehicle services providers. Requirements Copy of a valid and renewed Business License for EFY 2018/19. Copy of the VAT Registration Certificate, TIN Certificate, and Trade Registration Certificate. Minimum three years’ experience in the business. Must have a minimum of Ten field vehicles (4WD) and must be registered under the name of bidding company. Must be able to provide service for the regions stated on the RFQ. The vehicles should have a commercial plate number (Code 3), comprehensive motor insurance coverage and valid certificate for annual technical inspection. The drivers should have a valid driving license and driving experience in the remote part of the country. Ability to provide the standard vehicle within a short period of time. An organization with Good financial capability. Ability of the company to replace the vehicle in the time of Breakage or failure. Ability to Provide recent testimony from other organizations that they are working with.
