Mercy Corps is seeking qualified suppliers and Service providers for the below categories: S/N Description Tender Number 01 Hotel service- Staff accommodation (National and International MSA/ADD/002/2026 02 Hotel service-Lunch, Refreshment and Meeting Venue MSA/ADD/005/2026 03 Vehicle maintenance-Workshop service for two years MSA/ADD/004/2026 If you are interested to participate it, you should collect an ITB (Intent To Bid) document and submit it according to the guidelines below. ITB document can be picked up from the following addresses: Addis Ababa office: Yeka Sub-City, Kebele 08, House No. 377; Haya-hulet, Tel. +251-11-1-110777, P. O. Box 14319. Or, Bidders can send an email to [email protected] and Request the ITB Document. Requests sent without a description and Tender reference number may not be considered. Requests for ITB forms sent by email after 25th September 2026 at 5:00 PM will not be considered. Completed ITB Forms must be submitted to Mercy Corps by Wednesday, September 30, 2026, 05:00 PM through [email protected] with the Tender Reference number in the email subject line. After the closing date of this Tender Notice, the tender package will be sent to only the suppliers who submitted the filled out, signed, and stamped Intent to Bid. Mercy Corps reserves the right to reject ITBs that were not properly filled out.
