Located in front of Semhal hotel. All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO Only) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer , on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 60 days after bid validity. The bidder shall submit mother envelop sealed bidding document with enclose one big sealed envelope of TECHNICAL/ Legal documents and FINANCIAL OFFER and both shall be produced in separate sealed envelopes labeled as ORIGINAL and COPY. The four envelopes including the CPO shall then be sealed in and signed outer envelope, addressed to Ethiopian Red Cross Society whose address is mentioned below. Bid will be closed on 15th consecutive calendar days of this announcement and bid will be closed on September 21, 2026 at 2:20pm and bid will be opened on the same day Friday Septeber 21, 2026 at 2:30pm the bid in the presence of those bidders on their authorized representatives who are willing to attend the event at ERCS BG Branch Office, Assosa Failure to comply with the conditions from No.1 to 5 above may result in an automatic rejection. Mandatory Sample Submission: Bidders shall submit physical samples of each item/component of the complete AFRIDEV hand pump set during the day and place specified by the Employer for technical evaluation. The samples shall be new, unused, and fully compliant with the specified AFRIDEV hand pump technical requirements, including dimensions, materials, compatibility, and quality, and shall be inspected by the Employer’s designated technical experts. Failure to submit any required sample, or submission of non-compliant samples, shall result in the rejection of the bidder. Ethiopian Red Cross Society reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without fixing any reason thereof. ERCS reserves the right to compare the lowest price item by item.
