ንብ ኢንተርናሽናል ባንክ የሰጠው ብድር በአግባቡ ባለመመለሱ በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ስልጣን መሠረት ለዕዳ ማካካሻነት የተረከባቸውንና ቀጥሎ የተገለፁትን ንብረቶች በድርድር ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
