No: DBE-NCB- G-003-2026-27 Development Bank of Ethiopia invites interested bidders to participate on the bid for the Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning and Training of Hybrid Inverter, Solar photovoltaic (PV) Panel, and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) for Eighteen (18) DBE Branches and District Offices.
Eligibility & requirements
Therefore, Interested bidders are required to submit together with their bid documents:- Renewed Trade License TIN Certificate III. VAT Registration Certificate Tax clearance certificate Supplier Registration Certificate Competency Certificate Interested bidders may purchase a soft copy of bidding document starting from October 12, 2026 , upon payment of a non-refundable Birr 500 (Birr Five Hundred only) to Customer Transaction Service office, at DBE head office Tower II, Ground Floor and collect soft copy of the bid documents from Procurement Directorate located at Kiamed Building, 1st floor, Near to DBE head office, during working hours.
Bid security
Bidders must furnish bid security of Birr 200,000.00 (Two Hundred Thousand Birr Only) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank Guarantee from recognized bank.
Submission
Bids shall be submitted into the tender box prepared for this purpose on or before November 03, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. or (4:00 Local Time, Morning) at Kiamed Building, 1st floor. Bids shall be opened in the above mentioned address, on November 03, 2026 at 10:05 A.M or (4:05 Local time, Morning) in the presence of bidders and/or their authorized representatives. Interested bidders may obtain further information from procurement directorate located at Kiamed building, 1st floor, Near to DBE head office, during working hours Tel + 251115244090, ext 1216; Bidders should present Original and Copy of their Financial and Technical documents separately in sealed envelope. The language of the tender is English.
