The bidding documents may be collected from the Ethiopian Red Cross Society (ERCS), Humanitarian Supply Chain Department, Procurement Division, First Floor, Office No. 25, Stadium Area, Addis Ababa All tenders must be submitted to Ethiopian Red Cross Society Head Quarter along with a BID SECURITY (BID BOND) in acceptable Forms (CPO ONLY) SPECIFIED IN THE BIDDING DATA SHEET amounting to 2% of the bid offer, on separate envelope. The CPO should be valid for 28 days after bid validity period which is 90 calendar days . The original and Copy of the Technical proposal shall be submitted in separate envelopes marked “TECHNICAL ORIGINAL” and “TECHNICAL COPY,” placed in one outer envelope marked as “TCHNICAL OFFER DOCUMENTS”. The original and Copy of the Financial proposal shall be submitted in separate envelopes marked “FINANCIAL ORIGINAL” and “FINANCIAL COPY,” placed in one outer envelope marked as “FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS”. The bid security/CPO shall be submitted separately in the financial proposal envelope. TECHNICAL OFFER DOCUMENTS, FINANCIAL OFFER DOCUMENTS AND BID SECURITY shall be placed in one envelope.
