• Analyze all transaction and carry out passing of proper entry • After having cross-checked the draft write-up against system generated record, confirming the correctness of the record. • Confirm the correctness of the record after having cross-checked the draft write-up against system generated record. • After having approved and assigned sequential order number to the journal voucher, sending to E-archive or manually to the company archive . • Prepare payment voucher, coequal and letter of transfer after having analyzed the content of the transaction properly • Posting to proper subsidiary ledger • Based on the identified changes, reconcile items while making proper adjustment • Engage on Reporting and processing Tax related activities with the designated tax Office and Banks • Ability to adapt quickly to the working environment

Years of Experience: One Year

Technical Skills: • Good English and Amharic understanding, reading and writing skill. • Good excel and word skill Soft Skills: Excellent communication and detail-oriented person.

Ready to learn and understand the knowledge area of bidding

Educational Requirements: Diploma in accounting department.
