Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Accuracy of setting-out and verification measurements. • Timely completion of survey requests to support work schedules. • Completeness and traceability of survey records and as-built data. • Proper care and availability of survey equipment. • Timely identification and reporting of discrepancies.

Task Breakdown: • Carry out topographic surveys, setting out, level checks, and measurement tasks in accordance with project drawings and survey control information. • Establish and protect benchmarks, control points, centerlines, offsets, and reference levels as required for construction. • Operate and maintain total stations, levels, GNSS/GPS equipment, and other survey instruments appropriate to the work. • Check coordinates, elevations, dimensions, and completed works and promptly report discrepancies to the engineering team. • Prepare survey notes, field books, calculations, coordinate files, and survey reports in a clear and traceable format. • Coordinate with engineers and foremen to ensure setting out is completed before work starts and verified at critical stages. • Support quantity measurement, as-built surveys, and preparation of record drawings. • Maintain survey equipment, check calibration status, and follow site safety procedures during fieldwork.

Years of Experience: 8-6 years experience in surveying. Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in construction surveying, preferably on civil infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills: • Practical ability to use total stations, automatic/digital levels, and GNSS/GPS equipment as required. • Ability to perform survey calculations and use CAD or survey-processing software. • Survey instrument operation and field procedures. • Coordinate systems, leveling, traversing, and setting out. • Survey calculations, data processing, and CAD/GIS tools as applicable. Soft Skills: Attention to detail, teamwork, and clear technical reporting.

Educational Requirements: Diploma or degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field
