Years of Experience: Minimum of 4/6 years of relevant experience in MIS, IT Security Management, enterprise applications, core banking systems, reporting platforms, or IT operations management. Relevant Experience: • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role leading application support, IT Security Management, MIS, or enterprise systems teams. • Proven experience in financial institutions, microfinance, or other regulated environments is highly preferred.

Educational Requirements: Msc/MA/BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering or related fields Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications in IT Security, enterprise applications, database management, IT service management, business intelligence, core banking systems, or related areas are preferable.
