Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Accuracy and completeness of field data and survey records. • Timely completion of assigned survey tasks. • Setting-out checks completed according to instructions. • Care and availability of surveying equipment. • Compliance with surveying procedures and site safety rules.

Task Breakdown: • Support surveying activities including field measurements, setting-out, leveling, survey data collection, and preparation of records under the supervision of the responsible surveyor. • Assist with establishing and checking benchmarks, control points, reference lines, coordinates, and elevations. • Support setting-out of foundations, columns, walls, grids, roads, drainage, and other construction elements. • Operate or assist with total stations, levels, equipment, and other surveying instruments as trained. • Record field measurements, level books, coordinates, sketches, and survey data accurately. • Assist with as-built measurements and verify site works against approved drawings. • Protect survey instruments and control points and follow site safety requirements.

Years of Experience: Typically 1–2 years of experience Relevant Experience: practical instrument experience is expected.

Technical Skills: • Basic construction surveying and leveling. • Familiarity with total stations and levels. • Ability to interpret construction drawings. • Numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Soft Skills: Teamwork, communication, and safe fieldwork.

Educational Requirements: Level 4 /COC certified/ or bachelor’s degree in Surveying, with relevant surveying education, or a related field.
