Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Accuracy and timeliness of accounting entries and reconciliations. • Timely preparation of financial and management reports. • Number of unresolved reconciliation differences. • Compliance with approval procedures and document requirements. • Audit findings and timely resolution of assigned issues.

Task Breakdown: • Maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, support reporting and reconciliations, and ensure compliance with company financial procedures and applicable requirements. • Record and classify financial transactions in the accounting system with appropriate supporting documents. • Prepare bank, cash, supplier, customer, and general ledger reconciliations. • Assist in monthly closing, financial statements, budget monitoring, and management reports. • Review payment requests, invoices, receipts, and expense claims for completeness and authorization. • Maintain tax, payroll-related accounting, asset, and other statutory records as assigned. • Support audits and ensure financial documents are filed securely and confidentially.

Years of Experience: Typically 3–5 years of accounting experience Relevant Experience: construction-company experience are advantages.

Technical Skills: • Accounting principles and financial reporting. • ERP and accounting software proficiency. Soft Skills: • Reconciliation, analysis, and attention to detail. • Confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct. • Communication, organization, and deadline management.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
