Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Progress against approved work plans and milestones. • Quality compliance and reduction in rework. • Productivity and resource utilization. • Timeliness and accuracy of site reports and records. • Closure of site issues and compliance with HSE requirements.

Task Breakdown: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities to ensure execution according to approved drawings, specifications, schedule, budget, quality requirements, and HSE procedures. • Prepare short-term work plans and coordinate labor, materials, plant, and subcontractors. • Supervise construction activities and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements. • Coordinate inspections, material approvals, survey setting-out, and quality-control activities. • Monitor daily progress, quantities, productivity, constraints, and resource needs. • Maintain site diaries, progress reports, measurement records, inspection requests, and technical correspondence. • Identify delays, design conflicts, defects, and safety risks and escalate them with proposed corrective actions.

Years of Experience: Typically 4–5 years of relevant construction site experience Relevant Experience: experience in building construction is preferred.

Technical Skills: • Construction methods and site supervision. • Drawing interpretation and technical problem-solving. • Work planning, coordination, and progress monitoring. • Quality assurance and HSE awareness. Soft Skills: Communication, leadership, and decision-making.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
