Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Installation progress against approved schedule. • Compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and testing requirements. • Number of defects, leaks, and rework incidents attributable to installation. • Timeliness of inspections, test records, and as-built documentation. • Coordination effectiveness and closure of technical issues.

Task Breakdown: • Plan, coordinate, and supervise sanitary engineering works, including water supply, drainage, sewerage, and plumbing installations, in accordance with approved designs and specifications. • Review sanitary drawings, technical specifications, material submittals, and method statements. • Plan and supervise installation of water supply, drainage, sewer, vent, rainwater, and plumbing systems. • Check pipe routes, slopes, levels, supports, penetrations, and access points against approved drawings. • Coordinate with architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and civil teams to prevent clashes. • Arrange and witness pressure tests, leakage tests, flushing, disinfection where specified, and commissioning. • Maintain inspection records, test results, as-built drawings, progress reports, and handover documents.

Years of Experience: Typically 4–5 years of relevant sanitary, plumbing, or building-services construction experience.

Technical Skills: • Sanitary and plumbing system design interpretation. • Installation supervision and quality control. • Testing, commissioning, and documentation. • CAD and MS Office skills. • Coordination, troubleshooting, and safety awareness.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Sanitary Engineering, Water Supply and Environmental Engineering, or another relevant engineering discipline.
