Task Breakdown: • Assess staff capacity-development and training needs. • Develop and coordinate training plans, learning materials, and capacity-building activities. • Support implementation, maintenance, and improvement of organizational systems and procedures. • Monitor training outcomes, system performance, user issues, and improvement actions.

Years of Experience: 6-8 Years experience as a capacity building/ training and system management officer at different training service provider companies. Relevant Experience: Relevant experience in capacity building, organizational systems, process improvement, or change management.

Technical Skills: Training and facilitation; process analysis; systems administration or coordination; documentation; Soft Skills: communication; stakeholder engagement; monitoring and evaluation.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Certifications: TOT certificate is mandatory
