Key Impact: Key Performance Indicators • Purchases completed within required timelines and approved budgets. • Compliance with procurement procedures. • Accuracy of purchase documentation. • Supplier delivery and quality performance.

Task Breakdown: • Obtain quotations and prepare purchase requests and comparison sheets. • Source goods and services in accordance with approved specifications and procurement procedures. • Follow up purchase orders, deliveries, and supplier documentation. • Coordinate with requesting units, stores, and finance to address shortages, quality issues, and discrepancies.

Years of Experience: 4-5 years experience, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant Experience: Relevant purchasing or procurement experience; construction or materials purchasing is an advantage.

Soft Skills: Quotation analysis; supplier communication; negotiation; purchasing and inventory systems; documentation; integrity; attention to detail.

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management,
