የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አክሲዮን ማህበር በብድር የሰጠውን ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሰረት ስላልተከፈለ ባንኩ በተሻሻለው አዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድሩ መከፈል ዋስትና/መያዣ እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው አካል በማስመዝገብ ያሳገደውን ንብረቶች በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪዎች የብድር እዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል።
