አዋሽ ባንክ አ.ማ ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት የያዛቸውንና በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እና 216/92 በተሰጠው ሥልጣንና ውክልና መሰረት የወረሳቸውን ከዚህ ቀጥሎ በሰንጠረዡ የተገለፁትን ንብረቶች በህንፃና የተወረሱ ንብረቶች አስተዳደር ዋና ክፍል በኩል በግልፅ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ መሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
