EMDA hereby invites qualified and legally registered suppliers to submit competitive bids for the supply, delivery and installation of office furniture for its Head Office in Addis Ababa. Interested and eligible suppliers may participate in this procurement by purchasing the bid document from EMDA’s Head office located:- Addis Ababa City Administration, Kirkos Sub City, Woreda 09, Around Meshualekiya Metro Terminal / Meskerm Mazoria Area Scope of Supply The procurement includes, but is not limited to: Office desks and workstations Executive, staff, and visitor chairs Conference and meeting tables and chairs Reception desk and waiting area furniture Filing and storage cabinets Bookshelves and other office furniture Detailed specifications, quantities, and other requirements will be provided in the bidding document. Eligibility Requirements Interested bidders shall submit valid copies of the following documents: A. Renewed Business License relevant to the supply Trade Registration Certificate Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) Certificate Current Tax Clearance Certificate VAT Registration Certificate, where applicable Evidence of relevant experience in similar supplies Company profile and client references Any other documents specified in the bidding document Bid Submission Requirements Bidders shall submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal , together with the required Bid Security , in accordance with the requirements stated in the bidding document. The financial proposal shall be quoted in Ethiopian Birr (ETB) and shall clearly indicate all applicable taxes, delivery costs, installation costs, and any other associated charges.
