All interested consultancy service providers licensed and engaged in undertaking consultancy service nd meet the set eligibility requirements are invited to collect the Terms of Reference (TOR) prepared for this purpose starting from October 28, 2026 for non-refundable fee of Birr 400. Bidders are expected to submit their technical and financial proposals to the following address before November 10, 2026, 3:00 P.M.
