አዋሽ ባንክ ለሰጠው ብድር በመያዣነት የያዛቸውንና ከዚህ ቀጥሎ ባለው ሰንጠረዥ የተገለፁትን ቤቶች በአዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 እንደተሻሻለ በተሰጠው ስልጣንና ውክልና መሰረት በግልጽ ጨረታ አወዳድሮ ለመሸጥ ይፈልጋል፡፡
