EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) ANNOUNCEMENT FOR FEASIBILITY STUDY (INDIVIDUAL EXPERT) Hijra Bank Share Company invites qualified expert to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the feasibility study for its Future Headquarters Project (3B + G + 30 Floors) in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The selected Expert will work in close coordination with the Bank’s Project Management Team Minimum Qualification Requirements Applicants must meet the following minimum criteria: 1.1 Educational Background Bachelor degree in economics, engineering business or related field. OR Master’s degree in economics, engineering, business or related field. OR Higher degree in economics, engineering, business or related field. 1.2 Professional experience General Experience : Minimum twelve (12) years OR ten (10) years OR eight (8) years of a total postgraduate professional experience for Bachelor OR Master’s OR Higher degree in the above stated fields respectively in project development, research, or managing construction. Specific Experience : Direct involvement at least 3 to 5 years dedicated explicitly designing, managing feasibility or commercial assessment Track Record : Completion of a minimum of 3 similar client approved feasibility or research assignment. Core technical Skills : Expertise in quantitative and qualitative data analysis method Proficiency in Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA), financial modelling and risk assessment, Knowledge of local regulatory framework EIA standard or specific sector dynamic Must be independent and free from any conflict of interest. 2.0 Required Submission Documents Interested candidates shall submit: Application letter expressing interest. Detailed CV. Summary of relevant professional experience for project development, research or managing construction. Summary of specific experience with in at least 3 to 5 years related to designing, managing feasibility or commercial assessment. List of similar client approved feasibility or research assignment (minimum three within last 10 years). Copies of academic and professional certificates. 3.0 Minimum Qualification Threshold Mandatory documents (legal registration, tax clearance, and signed EOI cover letter) Only experts scoring fulfilling the above minimum qualification (70%) shall be considered for short listing. only shortlisted experts will be invited the Terms of Reference to submit their financial offer The contract will be awarded to the lowest-priced candidate among those who meet a minimum required qualification standard.
