Call for Technical and Financial Proposals Reinvestment Implementation, Business Advisory & Growth Support – Green Business Incubator (GBI) Program 2026 Reach for Change Ethiopia – Building Waste and Circular Enterprises in Ethiopia (BWCE) Project Reach for Change Ethiopia invites qualifi ed and experienced consultants or consulting fi rms to submit Technical and Financial Proposals to provide tailored reinvestment implementation, business advisory, coaching, and growth support to two selected GBI enterprises. The assignment aims to strengthen business performance, fi nancial sustainability, operational efficiency, market access, and readiness for further growth. About the Assignment The selected consultant/fi rm will provide enterprise-specifi c support over three months, based on the fi ndings of the reinvestment needs assessment. The two participating enterprises operate in: ● Paper Recycling & Upcycling – paper waste collection, recycling, and upcycling. ● Essential Oil Extraction from Organic Waste – utilizing spent coffee waste and fruit peels to produce essential oils and related products. Scope of Services The selected consultant/fi rm will provide practical, tailored support covering: ● Technology & Operations: Equipment/eco-technology assessment, procurement support, production efficiency and capacity improvement. ● Financial Management: Working capital, cash-fl ow planning, fi nancial systems, controls and forecasting. ● Market & Business Development: Marketing and sales strategies, B2B linkages, partnerships and market expansion. ● Leadership & Capacity Building: Governance, leadership, HR, decision-making and enterprise-specifi c coaching. ● Investment Readiness: Financial modelling, documentation, investor engagement and access to fi nance. ● Impact Measurement: Strengthening systems for tracking environmental, social and economic impact. Eligibility Requirements Interested consultants/fi rms should demonstrate: ● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related fi eld. ● Proven experience in business advisory, coaching, incubation or SME/startup support. ● Strong experience in business planning, fi nancial and operational management, market analysis and investment readiness. ● Strong practical coaching and advisory skills. ● Good knowledge of the Ethiopian business environment and regulatory context. ● Experience in business compliance, licensing and taxation. ● Valid and renewed business/professional license and TIN, as applicable.
