የኦሮሚያ ኅብረት ሥራ ባንክ አ.ማ ከዚህ በታች ስማቻው ለተገለጸው ተበዳሪ የበደረውን ገንዘብ በብድር ውሉ መሠረት ስላልከፈሉ ባንኩ በተሸሻለው አዋጅ ቁጥር 97/90 በተሰጠው ሥልጣን መሠረት ለብድር መክፈል ዋስትና እንዲሆን ሥልጣን ባለው አካል የተመዘገበውንና ያሳገደውን ንብረት በግልጽ ጫረታ አወዳድር በመሸጥ ገንዘቡን ወደ ተበዳሪው የብድር ዕዳ ገቢ ለማድረግ ይፈልጋል፡፡
